Aubrey: I am a stay at home mama to two beautiful girls, Caroline and Makenzie. They are growing up so fast and I don't want to miss a bit of it. Becoming a mom, I had to (wanted to) put my hobbies on the back burner. Now that the girls are getting older, I have been able to pursue my passion for baking and cake decorating. After completing the Master's Course at Wilton's School of Confectionary Art, I have begun to decorate cakes professionally.
